What information do we collect?

We collect information so that we can provide the best possible experience when you utilize our Services. Much of what you likely consider personal data is collected directly from you when you:
1. Create an account or purchase any of our Services (ex: billing information, including name, address, and credit card number);
2. Request assistance from our customer support team (ex: phone number);

Your Rights
You have certain rights in relation to the way we handle your Personal Data. These include the following rights:

2. to ask for access to the Personal Data that we hold (see below);
3. to prevent our use of the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes;
4. to object to our processing of Personal Data in limited circumstances; and
5. to ask us to erase Personal Data without delay:
        a. if it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
        b. if the only legal basis of processing is consent and that consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis on which we can
           process that Personal Data;
        c. You object to our Processing where the legal basis is the pursuit of a legitimate interest or the public interest and we can show no overriding
           legitimate grounds or interest; and
        d. if the Processing is unlawful.
6. to ask us to rectify inaccurate data or to complete incomplete data;
7. to restrict Processing in specific circumstances e.g. where there is a complaint about accuracy;
8. to ask us for a copy of the safeguards under which Personal Data is transferred outside of Nigeria;

12. to be notified of a Personal Data Breach which is likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms;
13. to make a complaint to the appropriate data protection regulatory body; and
14. in limited circumstances, receive or ask for your Personal Data to be transferred to a Third Party (e.g. another company which the customer/client has dealing with) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Transfer of personal data abroad. If you utilize our Services , your communications with us may result in transferring your personal data from Nigeria across international borders such as [USA and India]. Also, when you call us or initiate a chat, we may provide you with support from one of our global locations outside Nigeria.
Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If the receiving country does not have an adequacy decision or equivalent data protection standards, we will implement legally recognised measures, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Compliance with legal regulatory, and law enforcement requests We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal processes (such as subpoena requests), to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.

Website analytics. We use multiple web analytics tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, and hotjar to collect information about how you interact with our website or mobile applications, including what pages you visit, what site you visited before visiting our website, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use and network and IP information. We use the information provided by these tools to improve our Services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service provider (ex: Google for Google Analytics). The information collected from the cookie may be transmitted to and stored by these service partners on servers in a country other than the country in which you reside.
